1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to KnexMail. By accessing our website at knexmail.com or signing up for our waitlist, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and KnexCoin ("we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Service Description

KnexMail is currently in pre-launch development phase. The current service allows users to:

• Reserve a unique username handle (@knexmail.com)
• Join the waitlist for early access to the platform
• Participate in the referral program to earn rewards
• Receive notifications about platform development and launch

When fully launched, KnexMail will be an encrypted email platform integrated with Web3 wallet functionality.

3. Eligibility

To use KnexMail's waitlist service, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Provide a valid email address
• Not be prohibited from using our service under applicable laws
• Comply with all local, state, national, and international laws and regulations

By signing up, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. Username Handles and Reservations

4.1 Handle Rules

When choosing your @knexmail.com handle, you agree to:

• Use only lowercase letters, numbers, and underscores
• Choose a handle between 3 and 20 characters in length
• Not impersonate any person, brand, or entity
• Not use offensive, abusive, or inappropriate language
• Not squat on handles for resale or speculation
• Not use trademarked names without authorization

4.2 Handle Reservations

• Handles are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis
• Reserved handles are NOT guaranteed until platform launch
• We reserve the right to reclaim handles that violate these Terms
• We reserve the right to reclaim inactive or unused handles
• Premium or single-character handles may be subject to additional requirements

4.3 Handle Transfer and Ownership

• Reserved handles are non-transferable during the waitlist phase
• You do not own the handle until the platform launches and you complete account creation
• We may implement handle transfer policies after launch

5. Referral Program

5.1 Program Rules

• You will receive a unique referral code upon joining the waitlist
• You earn rewards when new users sign up using your referral code
• Referral rewards are subject to verification and anti-fraud measures
• Rewards will be distributed when KnexMail launches

5.2 Prohibited Referral Practices

You may NOT:

• Create fake or fraudulent accounts to inflate referral counts
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to generate referrals
• Engage in spam or unsolicited marketing
• Offer money or incentives for signups (unless authorized by us)
• Misrepresent the KnexMail service or referral program

5.3 Referral Rewards Modification

• We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time
• Fraudulent referrals will be removed and may result in account termination
• Referral tiers and rewards are subject to change

6. No Guarantee of Service

KnexMail is currently in development. We make no guarantees regarding:

• The launch date or timeline of the full platform
• The features or functionality that will be available at launch
• The availability or uptime of the waitlist website
• The value, transferability, or exchangeability of KNEX tokens
• The continuation of the referral program or rewards structure

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without liability.

7. Account Termination and Removal

7.1 Our Right to Terminate

We reserve the right to remove any user from the waitlist, with or without notice, for any reason, including:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Use of inappropriate or offensive handles
• Creating multiple duplicate accounts
• Engaging in spam or harassment
• Any conduct we deem harmful to our service or community

7.2 Your Right to Leave

You may request removal from the waitlist at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Your handle reservation will be released and may become available to others.

8. Email Communications

By signing up for the waitlist, you consent to receive transactional emails from us, including:

• Welcome and confirmation emails
• Referral notifications
• Tier milestone achievements
• Platform launch announcements
• Important service updates

These emails are necessary for the operation of the waitlist service. You may opt out by requesting account deletion.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on knexmail.com, including but not limited to:

• The KnexMail name, logo, and branding
• Website design, graphics, and user interface
• Text, images, videos, and other content
• Software, code, and technology

...is owned by KnexCoin or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works
• Distribute, sell, or sublicense our content
• Reverse engineer or decompile our software
• Remove copyright or trademark notices

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose

• Warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability
• Warranties that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free

We do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements or that any errors will be corrected.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KNEXCOIN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the use of our service shall not exceed $100 USD.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

14. Cryptocurrency and Token Disclaimers

Important Notice:

• KNEX tokens have no guaranteed value
• Cryptocurrency values are highly volatile and speculative
• Referral rewards are estimates and subject to change
• We make no promises about token price, liquidity, or exchangeability
• Cryptocurrency regulations vary by jurisdiction - ensure compliance with your local laws
• You are responsible for any tax obligations related to cryptocurrency rewards

15. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

15.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis and waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
